Elaine has been in business over 35 years. Starting with running and owning a Sub-Post Office for over 12 years. Elaine then moved into the financial sector becoming a mortgage adviser for Nationwide, and then leaving to set up and run her successful charity Families and Babies

Elaine went into the property market back in 2004 starting with her first renovation which then enabled her to move on to have a property portfolio which she still adds to today

Elaine is very passionate about ensuring that Landlords are fully supported in this everchanging environment and that they fully understand the law and their responsibilities around being a landlord. Membership of NWLA will help landlords to understand their responsibilities and those of their tenants.

Elaine is looking forward to moving the association forward and introducing more training and benefits for our members
