What The Webinar Will Cover

It is clear that Courts are placing much greater weight on procedural compliance with cases at the moment, not least of all due to Covid. For that reason, I thought it might be useful to refresh members on the typical procedural pitfalls generally, together with a quick update re the new procedure for Covid-cases. You may recall I gave a similar webinar talk about procedure in general some time ago. It therefore apt to review the area now in general for the most up to date information going forward.

Ensuring landlords comply with procedural rules when repossessing their property is crucial.

Whilst some procedural errors can be rectified, others cannot and spell doom for a possession claim.

With the advent of COVID-19 and the introduction of enhanced procedural rules, the duties placed on landlords to follow the rules have never been greater.

This webinar will therefore focus on the usual procedural pitfalls for landlords, together with briefly touching on the new procedural requirements imposed as a result of the COVID pandemic.
